Mohawk General Store accepts returns on full-priced items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that all sale items, apothecary, and undergarments are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to avoid a restocking fee.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our Silver Lake flagship location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects and approves the quality of the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
